You were born with wings, why crawl when you can soar?
I once crawled too....At the age of three, my father — a dangerous man — abandoned my mother and I. What followed was a childhood of chaos, uncertainty, fear, and scarcity. We went from wealth and fast cars to me sleeping under fabric tables while my mother worked in factories struggling to put food on the table.Growing up, I lived with three prominent wounds:-The fear of abandonment
-The fear of not having enough
-The fear of not being good enoughThis shaped my early life into one of survival. At age 14 I turned to cannabis to escape and later, to the gym, steroids, and martial arts to protect myself. On the outside I looked strong. On the inside, I still felt unsafe, unworthy, and restless.Everything shifted when I began my journey of self-discovery.
Through nervous system regulation, Compassionate processing of past Trauma, emotional wisdom, natural movement, strength training, meditation, applied metaphysics, martial arts, breath-work and most importantly- heart space living, I found new ways of being. I learned that true safety doesn’t come from the outside world, It comes from within.Today, I guide others along this same path. My mission is to help people reclaim their balance, awaken their intuitive wisdom, and find the deep inner safety that allows them to live with clarity, strength, and freedom.

At Scarab Warrior what I offer first is my presence—an open-hearted and grounded space where you can feel safe to unravel. This is not just a coaching session but a safe container held by my deep commitment to being fully present with you in the here and now. In this space we gently explore the stories, the emotions and the feelings beyond words. We acknowledge childhood wounds and trauma often suppressed and forgotten that shape our beliefs and perceptions.We acknowledge the pain we carry and the emotional imprints projected out into the world that lead us to believe we are victims of our circumstances.Then comes the breakthrough.You awaken to your potential and reconnect with your truth, your courage and your capacity to grow beyond what you once thought possible. My method for real change is built on three simple but powerful pillars.First, Awareness We learn to feel again by becoming aware of our wounds, our emotional imprints, and the energy we project. Through somatic practices, we tune into the body, feeling sensations and emotions without judgment. While awareness is the core, I also guide you toward natural movement and strength training—not as the focus, but as a powerful tool to reconnect with your body and release stored Trauma, drawing on my 20 years in the industry.Next, Acceptance We practice accepting everything as it is, without judgment. By staying present—using breathwork and meditation—we become observers of our lives, witnessing emotions without getting caught in them. We also feel ourselves as energetic beings, allowing emotional wisdom to grow so we stay present, accepting, and letting life flow.Finally, Authenticity This is about discovering who we are beyond the physical. I share wisdom from my eight years of studying metaphysics and ancient teachings so we can understand ourselves deeply as beings of energy. We explore what it means to be authentic, knowing that from a young age we often gave up our truth for survival. As we return to safety in our nervous system, we learn to trust again—trust in ourselves, in life, and that we don’t have to control everything. By knowing who we are we set boundaries, express our needs, learn how to communicate and trust our own intuition to lead us forward.Although this structured approach is key, we let each session unfold naturally—like pulling a thread from a piece of wool, allowing it to guide us. Each session takes its own form as we follow intuition in the moment. It’s not a rigid path that I dictate; it’s a dance we do together. The most important offering I give is the safe container—my presence with you, my ability to feel with you, and the subtle metaphysical energy I bring into each session. This allows for a real unraveling—one that words can’t fully describe, but that you will feel as it happens.

About me
At the heart of my journey is a deep reverence for nature and the wisdom it holds. Walking barefoot through the forest, feeling the cool earth beneath me, I find stillness. In those quiet moments, I tune into the language of the trees, the elements, and something far greater than myself. Nature grounds me — it reminds me who I am when the noise of the world fades.But I didn’t always feel this connected.For a long time, I lived in survival mode — carrying abandonment wounds, a fear of failure, and a deep belief that I wasn’t enough. I played the role of the “Mr. Nice Guy,” giving endlessly in hopes of being accepted and loved. Anger, anxiety, and depression were familiar companions.Through years of healing, movement, and self-inquiry, I’ve learned to meet life differently. I’m learning, every day, to be more present with what is — to observe without judgment and to return to the sensations within my body. When I breathe and allow life to move through me, I find freedom. Because when we react, blame, or resist what’s happening outside of us, we become slaves to our minds and emotions. But when we let life flow — with awareness and acceptance — we discover the wisdom of embodiment.This path hasn’t been easy. It’s been filled with challenges that have humbled and deepened me. After 20 years in the wellness industry, my journey began with the physical body — as a personal trainer and strength coach — but over time it evolved. From functional movement to MovNat, from metaphysics to bioenergetics, I’ve travelled from the surface of the body into the depths of the soul.The exploration of knowing thyself is eternal. I am forever a student — but I am ready to share what I’ve learned so far.
